installed files.

[IMPORTANT]

In a lot of systems, "make install prefix=/prefix" is used. But it is
confusing against usage of othre software e.g. "./configure
--prefix=/prefix".  So, we avoid this confusion to use other keyword,
which is same as Postfix.
